Jessica has hair extensions, but if you have the hair for it, pull up a section of hair at the crown, tease the underside to give it volume then drop it, pull it all up in a high pony with an elastic and smooth the hair over the teased spot. Pull out a tendril from around the base of your neck, wrap it around to hide the elastic, secure with a safety pin and spray like CRAZY.

You are going to want to wash your hair with a volumizing shampoo.
Then use LOTS of mousse!
Blow dry your hair with a round brush, give yourself a good blowout.
You will have to tease the crown. In order to tease the crown, you need to back brush with a fine tooth comb. Lift the top part of your hair up and brush down towards your roots until your hair sticks up and looks a mess. Then lightly brush the top layer to smooth it, but the underneath should still be up! Then pull your hair back, leaving some out to wrap around the rubberband, and bobby pin it under the pony tail. Curl the pony tail. Then pull a few strands around your face, and use a straightener on your bangs!
